In the middle of the field, under the midday sun, with the toasted smell of the grain and the intense red of the poppies. A cloud comes in, its shadow interweave with the sun's rays and the contours begin to blur as if the whole scene were part of a dream.

A plateau of flowers. Marvelous perspective, color rendering and detailing. It is like a paradise on earth. Fabulous! FT. Also close to my city, there is plateau named Kaas plateau which blooms with blue and magenta Bell flowers in the month of September very similar as in this amazing artwork.
