Description
Oil on cotton canvas showing a small valley in northern Granada, Spain, close to Sierra Nevada National Park, a high altitude (1200 meters) yard full of vines, olive trees, almond trees and poplars. The painting captures a morning view where the light takes out the characteristic greens of the shire, bright and vivid in the barley and the poplars, dark and deep in the pines, mixed in white in the olive trees.
