Artist's Description
A typical house in San Jose, a small village on the south-eastern coast of Andalucia, Spain. In this serene oil painting, I sought to capture the tranquil beauty of a coastal landscape where nature and architecture coexist harmoniously. The gentle interplay of light and shadow across the lush greenery and traditional white-built homes invites viewers to step into a peaceful escape. Blending soft impressionism and realism evokes a sense of calm and warmth, perfect for inspiring peace in any home environment.
About Angeles M Pomata
After more than a decade of clinical psychology private practice in Madrid, some years ago I moved to the National Park of Cabo de Gata on the south coast of Spain and started my career as a writer. The peculiar environment in my new home made me a self-taught painter, and over the years painting has become a professional activity.
