Gentoo penguins are the penguin world’s third largest members. With flamboyant red-orange beaks, white-feather caps, and peach-colored feet, they can be found on the rocky islands of the sub-Antarctic Ocean. A curiosity about their name, Gentoo: the English term may have originated from the Portuguese gentil ("gentile").
